Armcrest AD410 Doorbell - pic is great - how to capture audio ?

Has anyone tried the Armcrest AD410 Doorbell ?
The 4k picture is great.
Any suggestions to get the audio capture in Blue Iris ?

I followed these directions. Recording audio works fine. Speaking through a mobile app and having sound come from the doorbell's speaker is flaky, though.
