App keep on getting alert with Deepstack time out

I get no motion but repeatedly getting this annoying alert on the phone but no recording.

Hard to tell from that if you have your system setup to give you alerts when there are "Errors" or if you do not have the alert set up properly to only alert you for confirmed triggers.

Post some screen shots of your On alert settings and we can see what is going on.

On alert only triggers ptz and it's only supposed to on co nfirm

Go back one screen and see if there are any alerts under the "Immediate Actions" button.

And then the next place to look is under Status > Log > Status Alerts (bottom of screen) > and then see if you have any alerts for errors checked.

Omg Bingo! I must have copied a setting in there while I was playing (learning)with the settings.

Got yelled at by the wife the last 2 nights for keeping her up with all the dinging! Thank you for saving my marriage lol.

Awesome! yeah, we can get ahead of ourselves and try things and forget we did and then try to figure out why it isn't doing what we want LOL.
