Yes, I use TinyCam monitor Pro. There's a free version too but I hate ads.

TinyCam Pro is a nice app (and not expensive at all). I use it locally because it is nicer to look at than BI, but I use the BI app when I'm off my LAN.

I view my Foscam using the Hik-Connect app. But that Foscam is directly connected to my Hikvision NVR - as an ONVIF camera. The NVR itself is, in turn, connected to Hik-Connect. That way ANY cameras directly connected to my NVR can be viewed in Hik-Connect.
