Anyone know how I can configure camera over internet ?

Hi
I have an issue and i hope you can help me.
I Have an easyN FS-M136 and a ftp server.
I want to upload some data on ftp server and IP Camera read them and set it configuration according that file.
I want to know " Is that possible or not?"
If it is possible how I can do it .
