Anyone ever used QOS with their NVR/Cameras?

We have a connection speed of 125mbps DL and 15mbps UL. I want to ensure that 95% of the UL is provided to the NVR. Going to be using an ASUS RT-AC66U router.

Has anyone used QOS and have it working good?
