Pulling this into it's own thread so it doesn't get list in the specific camera thread.
I have a hikvision nvr : DS-7632N-E2
And I've hooked up the 2mp starlight dome to it : SD59225U-HNI PTZ
I'm having an issue whereby the image is filling the 16:9 space in live view but it's making everything look squashed as if it's a 4:3 image
There's no black space but yet instead of it being a normal 16:9 image like my others it looks stupid
My can outside looks like a square box!
Anybody have any experience of this as I'm sure it's not supposed to be like it
I've checked the camera end through the web gui and can't see anything wrong.
I've checked the nvr itself and there's no options for it.
I'm scratching my head and cringing every time I look at it which is a real shame as this camera is immense
