Any small model with built in mic and audio out?

Ive gone through 3 Hikvision mini dome in the past 5 years. I use them because they are semi small and has a low profile and has audio out so I can have two way audio. The IR filter keep on getting stuck on these mini dome.

Looking for a Dahua equivalent to replace it.
