I have a Public address (PA) loud speaker with a built-in 65w amplifier . I only need to send it an audio signal.

My current analog DVRs and digital NVR's have an audio out that I run to the PA speaker. The mobile app and the website for my NVR/DVR's have a microphone icon I can tap and speak and it allows me to make announcements to my facility's.

On my new Blue Iris system I have run audio out from from the BI audio out {built-in sound card same place you would plug in computer speakers}. into my loud speaker but I cannot get blue Iris give me the ability to talk to the loudspeaker on the audio out on the computers sound card.

Is there something I'm missing. I've worked with the camera settings and the BI settings.

If BI does not support it in this manor, what are some other options people are using to make Public announcements. I understand i can get a IP camera with 2 way audio however they are not loud enough to "Announce" to the whole facility.

I have looked at the Axsis speakers however they are over $500 each. Any workarounds would be great! thank you.

I would be nice to be able to do it from the UI3 interface or mobile app so I am able to watch the people I am announcing to.

Does BI support SIP IP streamers?

Which Windows version?

Have you tried it with BI not running? Definitely with BI not launched the default Windows sound settings should direct a mic's input to output through the PC's speakers.

Not sure about the sound card issue, but you can do add a camera that has an audio out cable and connect the loud speaker to it.

UI3 won't do that, but you can with the BI app.

So UI3. Does not allow any 2 way audio? What about the mobile app?

Yes I thought about a IP cam with RCA audio out but have only found one.
