Pan-tilt 3K camera with 1/1.8" sensor (F1.0) and dual LED for 85CAD.

This is by far the cheapest 1/1.8" sensor camera and I haven't seen any reviews or threads about it on this forum.

Does anyone have any experience with it?

From the specs it does not appear to have IR (and may not even pick up IR from an external emitter) so hopefully one would have adequate ambient light at night for it, even though it's a 1/1.8" sensor on under 4MB res.
