Hi, does anyone knows is it possible this kind of ip camera to be reset? I have used Sadp tool, camera ip is 192.168.254.6/SM 255.255.255.0 / GW 192.168.1.1 which is not in the same network as the camera. I have sent the export file annke and their support was very fast but the file they have sent me doesnt work it gave error 2022.I have installed the newest Sadp but this doesnt change anything. I have change the network from 192.168.1.x to 192.168.254.x but this also doesnt help. Any sugestions how t I can reset this camera. I have tried also to use hikvision reset tool, the method with key and I have put annke camera ser. number but without any success.

I can find nothing, nada, zip on that camera's model number so....
Does it have a removable door somewhere for an SD card? If so, look under the door for a reset button.
