I've used the BI Android app on my Note 8 for several years with no serious issues. I recently bought a Note 10 plus and the BI app has never worked as well as it did on my Note 8. I was wondering if anyone else has had an issue of slow loading on Android 12. I don't have any performance issues except for BI loading slow. Once the thumbnails are loaded, it works fine. I filed a support issue but forgot I had my VPN running. I responded to an email I received that said they couldn't log in with the credentials I provided and I informed them I had turned off the VPN and they should try it again. After many weeks, I have not been contacted again.
I have been a customer for probably 10 years or so and this is the first issue I've run into that support did not seem interested in solving my problem.
