Analyze images obtained from the web browser

Hi!
You are helping me in another thread about IP cameras. Thanks!
But I would also like to know (I don't want to mix threads) if there is any software that analyzes videos through the web browser. I have a camera that gives me continuous recording through the browser. Is there any software that can analyze those images and identify the license plates (like OpenALPR)

I have searched a lot of information but did not find anything. Only software integrated in cameras or software that analyze the image of IP cameras (local network), webcam or files.

Nothing like what you want is done "through a browser". Browsers are for humans. Most AI/recording software will connect directly to the RTSP stream of the camera or work off still images you feed said AI software.
