any recommendations for analog capture cards for a new Blue Iris build. Planning to eventually get everything over to IP, but this would allow me to do it in stages and not run 2 systems for some time. TIA

For years I used a 4 channel card from Blue Cherry. It used WDM drivers on Windows 7 and it worked fine. Then the card bit the dust. Tried to purchase a new one from Blue Cherry and it was a nightmare that ended up with Curtis (owner I think) abruptly canceling the order. I can't in good conscious suggest you deal with them. I ended up using my existing analog cables to provide 12v power to wifi IP cameras. I realize most people poopoo wifi cameras but mine have been very solid.

I just looked on ebay and there are some capture cards for sale there but most seem to be for linux rather than windows.
