My condo building has 10 analog cameras and one has malfunctioned. I'd like to replace it but unfortunately I cannot figure out how to open up the housing. I tried turning the outer portion, as well as the clear plastic inner portion, but have been unsuccessful in my attempts. Does anyone have a suggestion or know the trick to opening up this type of housing? Picture is attached.
