Amcrest View Pro App on Samsung Tablets

We have several Samsung tablets that our family uses. Each one has the Amcrest View Pro app installed. Over the weekend they all started crashing.

You start then app and then it crashes. And yes, we have uninstalled and re-installed to no avail.

The app still works fine on a phone, only the tablet has this issue.

The windows app is also fine and all cameras can be accessed via the web etc. Only on the Samsung tablets are having this problem.

Yes, I have been in contact with Amcrest support.

Anyone else having this issue.
 
Did you have a system update on the tablets? Sometime a app will work on certain android version and then you get a system update to a different android version and the app will no longer work, crashes all the time. I have a app I use for one specific program will work on android version 13 but will crash and close ever time on android 14 version since i use the tablet for only one program i turned off system updates so it will not update to the next version. Its a possibility that could of happened.
 
Here is an update. I checked all 3 tablets this morning and they all work???

I have not changed a thing.
