Amcrest AD410 - Synology Surveillance Station

Anyone else attempted this yet? It is discoverable on the "General Interface (ONVIF)" search. It is able to be added, streams viewed, configured, etc. with camera model "Generic_AMCREST." I also created my own config file called Doorbell with the sub-model AD410 and while it has proper video settings (to my knowledge) I have never been able to get two-way audio functional through the DS cam app or live view on Surveillance Station. I've shared the config file below if anyone has any ideas. I modeled the config after the AD110 hoping it's audio configuration would carry over but no luck as of yet. I am also able to see under the "Advanced Event (IVS)" tab that Intrusion, SMD-Human and SMD-Vehicle are supported. Not sure how you could use Intrusion as it has no web interface for configuration. Regardless, enabling them has had no effect on notifications in DS Cam. I do get human notifications from the Amcrest SmartHome app. I have some experience configuring these settings on another Dahua OEM camera, so I'm not unfamiliar with the flow of things. I'm open to ideas, suggestions, questions, please and thank you.

The DB410's audio works perfect using the Armcrest Smart Home App on my phone.
Receive audio as well as speaking through the Doorbell
The volume is remarkably clear and loud.
Have not yet figured out the secret sauce for capturing the audio in BI.
 
The latest version of the SS device pack adds support for the AD410. It adds the doorbell even which is super useful. Unfortunately I was still not able to get 2-way talk to work through SS.

I was able to select it in General Interface (ONVIF) and I have the brand set to amcrest, the model set to AD410, and I have confirmed the user and password is correct with the Amcrest Smart Home app, but I get this authorization failure every time. Can anyone help me out?

I've got this exact issue with a new AD410 and DS920+ with the same version numbers. Must be an issue with this update that hasn't been fixed? I've filed a bug report with Synology as well as a service request with AMCREST.

I was able to add the AD410 to my NAS by doing a factory reset on the camera and changing the device password within the amcrest smart home app. As others have said the intercom function does not work though.
 
HI all,

I see this camera is listed on the Synology site as supporting Audio In and Audio Out. However, I can't find any clarification that 2-way audio actually works with SS. Can anyone elaborate? If it doesn't, why is it listed as though it does on the database?
