@CarlosBarletta - Do you have any advice for troubleshooting why a 6 month old AD410 doorbell suddenly goes out of focus? It wasn't gradual or due to any configuration changes.
From my 24x7 NVR recording I watched it go from a good in focus stream instantly to an out of focus stream at the same time that I had walked out the front door. It has remained out of focus ever since.
Rebooting did not help. There is no haze on the lens or inside it the best I can see. I have not factory reset it yet, and wanted to check in with you first. Note that @Camasaur had a similar fuzzy image issue and he reported a factory reset did not help.
EDIT: 1/27/2022 - Factory RESET completed. Image still badly out of focus. Hope the RMA process goes smoothly. Will report back how that goes.
