Is there a way to either disable or remove from view the +All cameras (Index) group so I only see my individual cameras in the cameras section of the Andriod app?

You could try going here and unchecking the box to "Enable group webcast stream".
If you ever use the UI3 web interface you will be making it really hard on yourself there however.
