alerts not loading

When I try to open an alert from the left side column, I get only a black screen with "loading" on it ... it never loads anything, even when I'm connected on wireless.
Any suggestions?.

are you running the latest versions of the app and software? also check blue iris options > users> and make sure view recorded clips is checked...

I have checked: I have the last version, both android and windows and the view recorded clips option is enabled.
