I've been having this issue for months and finally had enough and decided to research on here, but can't find a similar cause/solution. 90% of the time when I go to the alerts button which has a badge indicating new alerts are saved, when I click on the alerts button I get a blank screen and no alerts. I have multiple devices and they all exhibit the same behavior, but not always at the same time... but mostly it is at the same time. On occasion, the alerts will actually display fine. If I log into the server and open the GUI, I do see the alerts there and they play fine. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm on iOS 10.2, Blue Iris v4.4.9.10 x64.
I should mention: I just did a fresh install of Windows and Blue Iris without restoring from the registry but configured from scratch and the issue still exists. I feel like this is a bug in the iOS software.
