Alerts are now very short - 1 second or less . . . cannot figure out what changed.

I have been using BI for many years with nothing but great experiences, but today I have noticed that all the alert clips are very short - 1 second or less.

I have looked through all the settings I can think of and do not see any obvious reason for this issue.

Do you have any advice for me? What can I check?

AHHH!

Bad disk - - problem solved.
I was only seeing the alert image and not the video of the alert as the video was stored on the bad drive.
