I have two Alcidae Garager cameras for my garage door opener and they have always worked perfectly. A couple of weeks ago I cannot get them on the app but the cameras are working. The app states "the device is offline", "no network connection". There have been no changes in my wifi. I've tried deleting and installing the app again, resettting the cameras and reinstalling. The company website does not exist anymore. Cannot find any updated info on the company. Hoping someone here has some info? Thanks!
