Hey Guys I have a 16 camera Hikvision "Dumb" system installed and the customer would like it to be able to do AI Person/Vehicle monitoring for all 16 cameras.

Is there anyway that I can just change out the NVR as opposed to all of the cameras?

Depends on the NVR you choose, you will need to study the different specs sheets for various NVR's to determine if any does AI on the NVR.
