After a power outage, 9 out of my 16 cameras lost signal

this is on my Dvr system which means analog cctv cameras.

They are wired with ethernet cables thankfully. The green wires are connected to a converter for video and the brown wires are connected into the power supply.

I do not know or understand why they stopped working.
