There's an option in the app settings to show or hide hidden/disabled cameras
or to disable entire groups:
select the group view (lower left of the main BI screen)
click on the group settings button (gear)
deselect "Enable group webcast"
I disabled "Enable Group Webcast" as suggested here but I still see all of my groups on Android app above my cameras. I am on the latest BI for PC and Android and still looking for a way to hide groups on the mobile app.
