hi team, I've currently expanded 16ch Dahua XVR by adding 7x ip cams via poe switch. client asking to enable face recognition on one of the 8mp ip cam which I'm not able to select on the setup as its only giving me the option of the first 16 x hd cameras. Is that a no go option. cheers

Are you sure the 8MP IP camera supports Face Recognition (different than face Detection) I dont have my XVR hooked up right now, but if I recall, once you add an IP camera, the XVR will disable AI functions on the analog cameras and allow the IP cameras to use AI functions...
Thanks @bigredfish I installed PXC-620F8W-AS 8mp HD, PXC-624I4W-LED 4mp and PXC-624I8W-LED. All prolux product. It's my 1st time really asked to enable AI features.
