Adding cam

Is it possible to add dahua cam to nvr with dahua Android app? Atm I don't have a laptop.only have mobile phone and Amazon tablet

If you have a browser on whatever I'd think you'd probably be good.

Since no model numbers for the NVR or cam was provided I have a couple of questions.

1. Is it a POE NVR?
2. Is the cam POE-powered?

If "yes" to both, try this:

• Perform a hard reset on the cam.
• Power down the cam.
• Plug the cam into a POE port.
• Be patient, it may be several minutes before the NVR recognizes the cam.
• You may be asked to provide a user/pass for the initialized cam.
