Appreciate help to add RTSP stream Vstarcam C7824wip in tinymonitor or Qnap.
In Tinymonitor RTSP works on wifi but when I switch to 3G it doesn't work (port 10554 is open).
In Qnap Onvif "works", I can see a picture in real time but recordings are black and motion control is laggy. RTSP in Qnap doesn't work.
