Accessing SD card files on FI9961EP V3 and FI9928P

Hi all
I just bought 2 foscam camera
FI9961EP V3
FI9928P
Instaleld and connected to a TP link 4G router via lan cables.
everything working well except the FTP part
I can access to sd card
if i go to Settings/Records/SD CARD MANAGEMENT,
i get a explorer opened and a popup login
with current user filled , entering the password (sames credentials used to log into IPC) get endless popup window.
Tring with filezila no way get (in debug mode)

tried manual ftp no way
