accessing camera system from external network

Hi All
Not sure if this has been posted previously or if I am barking p the wrong tree, please do correct me or point me the right direction

Can I access my Hikvison cctv from a browser from an external network. For example: system is at home and connected to my home wifi and I am my moms house connected to their wifi. I have access via my mobile but was wondering if here is way to do this from my laptop via a browser ?
