About to make the plunge, does this design layout work?

I am about to buy the parts necessary for a test run. Want to make sure I am not missing any equipment that I need, or maybe adding in additional items I don't need. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Camera
Adapter (needed?)
Mount Pole
Ceiling Mount

I will obviously need a POE Injector and Ethernet, but am mostly asking about the items above for now. Thanks for anyone who comments, I will post pictures after installation if wanted!

Did you look at this AliExpress supplier? Beter price for the same camera.
