I just added a Hikvision DS-2CD2185FWD-IS 8MP network dome camera to Blue Iris (4.7.4.3). The live view displays fine but the recordings are chopped in two reordered and distorted (see attached screenshot). Recordings play back this way on all devices. The camera is set up with all it's out of box settings (3840x2160, 20 fps, etc.). I added the camera to Blue Iris with all the generic/default settings (except I changed the buffer to 30 MB and upped the frame rate to 29 fps just to give it some breathing room). Any ideas why its streaming perfectly but recording messed up?

in BI, camera properties - video - 360 -NO
if already set to no, delete the camera in BI and add it again.
Well, that's embarrassing. I forgot I changed them the 360 option to ceiling while toying with options upon initial installation. Recordings now display properly when changing the 360 option to no. Thanks!
