7164K Equivalent

What is the Hikvision model # of the 7164K? I'm looking on Hikvision's website but can't find anything like it that does 4k.

I'm currently running the DS-7608NI-I2/8P but am having issues with it freezing several times a week. I have 8 x 4mp turrets plugged into it. Would the 7164k be a step up in stability?

Hi Mlapaglia,

The model is DS-7716NI-I4/16P. The 7164 has more throughput and resolution capacity so should be able to handle 8 4MP cameras just fine!

So do these come in different style cases? On Hikvision's site this is what's listed: Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Co. Ltd.

The one on your site has more buttons etc on the outside. Just trying to figure out what the differences are.

correct, we have the OEM version which looks a little different, however all the performance specs are the same.
