(5) 3MP camera - dedicated BI computer recommendation

I have a AMD A4-3420 (dual-core 2.8 ghz) - 4GB, 1TB 7200rpm HDD, Windows10/x64 now...

willing to dedicate this machine to solely BI... want to hook up (5) HIKVISION DS-2CD2032-I 3MP to it...

lets say I want smooth FPS.. would this machine work? if not, looking for recommendation on a box.. thanks!!

@azhumvee Welcome to the forum..that processor is pretty weak and will not be sufficient. Go with an i5 haswell (fourth gen processor)..A complete pc, from dell business outlet like the optiplex 7020's can be had for around 300 when they are on sale. They come with 3 year next business day warranties. Same with HP elitedesks on ebay...
If you cannot wait for a dell outlet sale...

Hp will send you the media if you need it..free, or just upgrade to windows 10 and create your own media for a clean install.
AMD machines are not recommended as they are not power efficient.
