4MP Dahua camera not being found on PSS

Hi,

got a series of QVIS / Dahua AMBEYE IP cameras of various resolutions hooked up to DAHUA PSS software on my PC with no issues.

Went and purchased a new 4MP one from supplier and the NVR software doesn't find it - Ip address etc is correctly configured - I have a feeling it's ports? Notice all the old set use 37777 for data and the new one uses port 5000? Have changed but no joy.

Will it / should it work? What do I need to change?
