4.6.7.1 - limit IP address no longer working

Just upgraded to the most recent (v4.6.7.1) of BI and am no longer able to set the profile through a remote URL call (e.g. http://192.168.53.27:8196/admin?profile=2&lock=2.

I have limited the IP addresses that can access BI with the following:
^192.168.*.*

The caret at the beginning should allow an admin user to skip authentication... this no longer seems to be happening.

Can anyone else confirm what I'm seeing?

I can...
I've noticed that JSON cmds 'sysconfig' and 'log' return "result": "fail"
The problem goes away when I reinstall Release 4.6.7.0
I've emailed Ken.
