3rd party Cloud storage for Lorex.

so I was helping a friend out installing a Lorex LNK 7108 system mainly because he wanted to have 30 day cloud storage thru Lorex. Well install went fine but he paid for the cloud storage and apparently it’s not working for customers with this system. Having trouble finding 3rd party companies that have cloud storage for Lorex systems so any type of help would be great. Please and thank you

Avoid anything cloud based.
Lorex is rebranded Dahua, with some features stripped.
