24/7 Live Settings recommendation

Running 24/7 live stream on youtube using rtmp on a SD49225XB-HNR 4MP, SD5A425XA-HNR 4MP and SD49225XA-HNR 2MP

Using H.264 shoud i use H.264H
using FPS 15 with Iframe the same 15 . should i using fps 15 and iframe 30

If they continue to look that well as dusk approaches, during the night and at sunrise, I don't think I'd touch a thing....they look very good, IMO.
I'd keep iFrame equal to frame rate @ 15.
