10 cameras, 7 repeaters, mesh wifi? what would you buy?

I'd like to get your opinion on good setup for 10 security cameras. I've included a map here: Repeater locations

In a perfect world the cameras would connect to a cloud recorder. If the web was slow, they would store the footage locally, and upload when possible, but still be synchronized across all cameras with one online viewing area.

Requirements:
2 MP to 4k
POE
Color night vision
Local storage, for networking outage
Facial recognition if possible, plate recognition on one camera
Cloud storage
100 - 200 ft average distance viewing distance

We're looking at a WiFi mesh network. Seems like a good idea to balance traffic.
WiFi mesh with POE out?

I would be amazing if we could build database of faces using drivers licenses and the cameras could recognize faces, but that doesn't seem possible yet.

cloud recording is a horrible solution and would not be done in a perfect world.
read the cliff notes. forget wifi, everything must be hardwired.
 
I'm surprised that cameras can not store the data locally and upload when it's possible, then sync on server. Did you look at the map? It's an apt complex, hard wiring would cost a fortune... Running lines under roads, lol. I'll wait for 5g cameras if that's the next step. Maybe I'm still expecting too much, and will have to wait for the tech to catch up. But shouldn't mesh to poe to camera be able to handle the traffic to an nvr in a central location?

Why would you upload to the cloud that is foolish.

+1 on P2P wireless bridge

Hardwire cams always, interconnect with bridge. I have linked multiple buildings together using P2P when trenching is not an option and directional boring is cost-prohibitive.

I have used some Ubiquiti stuff recently and was pleasantly surprised.
