repair/regenerate

Hi all, Over the last couple of months I have noticed I am getting this message a lot "db corruption detected; run repair/regenerate". Is this a common thing now, or is it just my system. Once run all is fine for 4-5 days, then it's back. Could it have something to do with all the updates we...
