dahua anpr (lpr) camera

Hello, new poster here. I've been trying to get ANPR reads from my Dahua Camera automatically to a remote server every time the TrafficJunction event is fired and the only way to get events to a remote server is via ONVIF. Is there a way i can get this event to be subscribed to via ONVIF protocol?

Im basically putting the camera on side of my home, along side a road that has a turn 100 feet away. Cars traveling 30-45mph. Distance to license plates is 30-100 feet. At 100 feet the road turns away. At 30 feet is closest to the camera. One steet lamp pointing down about 30 feet away. Andy...
