    Anonymous Login increasing every second

    Hi folks I mentioned that my BI4 stats shows increasing anonymous logins every second from the same IP. On that IP I run UI3 in an iFrame to be shown on my smart home visualization. It's a tablet sticked to the wall and nobody is touch in it. How can I prevent the increasing logins? Thanks...

    Multi-camera playback (for Alerts)

    Finally got my v4 platform up - amazing how the CPU usage goes down when you have a decent CPU and present-day o/s. ;) For some reason I thought playing back Alerts would display all my cameras - do I need to make a camera group or something for that, or is it not yet a feature? I wouldn't...

    missing toolbar on top of BI4 screen

    I purchased and loaded the BI4 software and added all cameras and everything is working fine. then I rebooted the computer and now only the video cameras show on the screen, no toolbar/menu at the top or clips on the right side bar. I can right click on each camera and go into the settings...

    BI4 Pre-Trigger causing lag in recording

    I setup BI4 so that the pre-trigger (in recording tab) is set to 10 because my fps is 10 (Hikvision DS-2CD2032-I). Glad it helps record things before they happen (at least that's what I think its doing), but issue is I see major lag. The playback is not smooth and stutters. Is this my network...

    BI 4 Error Windows SErver 2012 R2 x64

    I installed BI 4 today and when I run it I get the following error and it will not load. Anyone have any ideas on what's the issue? BI 3 works fine.
