    Trying to set up Leefun IPC9 Wireless/Wired PTZ Camera

    Since you already paid money for this I have a trick that might help. I used the TinyCam Android App to scan my network to find and identify the camera. I took that information and plugged it into BlueIris and wa-la it worked. Hope this helps.
