I know it's a bit pricey, I have my NVR plugged into an UPS; the UPS in turn is plugged into an ECOFLOW Delta 2 Solar Generator. If the power goes out the Ecoflow trips in after about 2ms lag. During those 2 milliseconds the UPS is on and the NVR hasn't noticed the outage.

Just read the "Understanding Decoding Capability" PDF, consequently I learnt I was probably exceeding the decoding capability of my NVR. As I would see video lag and/or video-freezing quiet frequently. Cheers.

I have an IVS on each of the cameras, a few have more than one. Does that effect increased bandwidth?

Apologies. Referring to Switch Streams: M = Main Stream; S1 = Sub Stream 1. Under "Camera" then "Encode" menus.

They are recording when not disconnected from the network, just checked.

All six cameras displayed on the monitor simultaneously. The two 12MP, fisheye cameras are running in M mode; the remaining 4 4K cameras in S1 mode. This was not an issue with the V3 firmware that came with the NVR.
