Thank you for replying. However, did not help. Thing is, I have two identical PTZ cameras and for the life of me I cannot find any difference in their properties. The one will have the hand, the other the pointer.. Maybe delete and reinstall?

When I move my mouse over the screen some cameras will display the arrow. I can double click on the particular camera and use the PTZ in full screen. some cameras display a little hand when I move the pointer to them. When I double click and them the PTZ function cannot be used in full screen...

Think it must be the zones. Had some problems with the zones that were masked were actually triggering.Took a while to figure I had to invert.The instructions on the BI about zones are not clear at all.

Upgraded to .6. Motion detection remains a problem. Works randomly.

Ok guys. deleted the cameras and re installed. Resolved

1. After recent update two of my cameras when blurry on the BI display and cannot be viewed. 2. Strange thought, had there been movement they will record and display a perfect recording. 3. When opening these cameras via the web browser they display perfectly. i am stumped. Any thoughts?

Thanks fenderman. However, the maximum length that can be set is 30 seconds. By the time I have stumbled out of bed to get to the monitor--- well. would be nice if the program can hold the last camera triggered.

How do I configure BI to enlarge and hold the last camera to have detected motion. when a camera sends me an audible alarm at night I would like to see immediately which camera was triggered when I get to my monitor. possible?

Recently a blue iris update tagged some numbers onto the beginning and ending of the registration code. Do I enter them when re-entering my registration code?
