Just sharing what I use at my home. I have a micro PC with UI3 running and since i have ethernet ports to all of my TVs in the house I use an HDMI over IP transmitter with receivers at each TV to share what's on the micro PC screen

I’ve got a POE switch for my cameras in my garage with a fiber run back to my rack. Decided to do this in case of a lightning strike, I figured I’d lose my cameras but it wouldn’t travel back to my rack.

Yes it was an nvidia before. And yes I did a completely fresh install

I've got an interesting one. I upgraded my GPU to try to get the License plate reader working on GPU. Getting this in the results.

Those changes have been working well. I tweaked some of th zone settings and it's picking up most plates. This one confuses me though, not sure why BI canceled this alert.

Thanks Mike. Made the change last night and so far I’m getting much better results. I initially kept that checked hoping to still be able to use the plate recognizer dashboard but I’ll leave that off until it’s supported.

I've been running this zone setup already which is why this is odd. Of course it's night so you can't see what's in the zone but you get the idea.

Wanted to get thoughts on why this is happening. I'm getting maybe 60-75% of plates on this camera but the ones that get missed seem to have this issue. AS you can see in the screenshot, it seems like the trigger is off. There's no vehicle at 0 and times after. Any suggestions?

This is the end for me too, especially since I run with two LPR cams. I just hope we can find a comparable solution. CPAI is working well for me but isn't as consistent. Ultimately, ALPR isn't a necessity but a convenience. As long as my footage from my LPR cams is there, that's what's needed if...

your bit rate is much higher than what I was running which may have lead to the issue. My baseline for these settings was from my 5231 which I can run at a much lower bitrate with great quality.

I use this stream for the rekor scout software. My main stream records to Blue Iris and didn’t think it was necessary to have 30fps going into rekor scout.

Hey Mike, I seem to be having the same issue. No results retuned when trying the license plate recognition in CPAI. I’m using a Quardo K2200 that has 4GB of RAM, so I’m not sure that not enough memory is the issue. Here’s my system info. Any thoughts?
