I was already using this version so I didn't need to change, it's probably related to WiFi disconnecting during the firmware upgrade/downgrade process. Try using the SD card method as described here

I am using the recently developed Imou Life integration for my DB11 doorbell. Though it's cloud based, the event notifications work reliably. This integration would also work with your DB6I.

Unsure. My DB11 was purchased in the UK using so called PAL firmware but I've since upgraded to North American firmware without issue. I'd suggest waiting a couple of days to see whether it appears rather than rolling back to an old version.

Ignore the web browser for viewing as it should only be used for configuration. Download the Dahua SmartPSS client for either Windows or IOS - it works well.

Download the Dahua GDMSS from iTunes - Dahua is the OEM manufacturer of the Honeywell rebranded NVR.

I have found the only reliable solution is to use Pale Moon browser. I use it exclusively for configuring Honeywell/Dahua cameras. Firefox, Chrome, IE and the associated Dahau browser extensions do not work in my experience.
