Are you having problems with the handle moving without the door opening? You asked for help, I answered. You need your detection box bigger, then test it. If that moves the ball forward but you need more, tweak the threshold. Or not.

Why do you have the box (triangle) drawn only on the handle? Draw the box to cover more of the door. And you may need to drop the threshold down from 2 to 1.

I don't think ColorVu buyers with unrealistic expectations make those cameras bad or disappointing. That's the buyer's fault. In the right application they are terrific.

Too bad you're not on the I-series. The newest firmware update has a new function that allows scheduling NVR reboots.

That error code just means Hikconnect could not retrieve the recording from the NVR - it's quite common. It happens on occasion without any reason. When I start getting those I do a quick NVR reboot and it's cured. Nobody seems to know why that error pops up.

We have almost the same system - downgrade firmware. I'm on the one just below that with 7 of the same cameras and the same NVR. I'm on highest quality, 15 fps, 8000 max bitrate, and 265+ and have never had any issue either through the local wifi or when away from home on cellular.
