    Try setting your camera IP address ( network ) from DHCP to STATIC for starters, by doing so you'll have a permanent address. If the camera keeps disconnecting make sure you have poe switch that can support your camera or 12v power adapter. Try a different port or ethernet cable like you mentioned.

    If your router doesn’t have POE powered ports, Amcrest camera will not work. However if you have separate power adapter to use and connected to your camera, it will work. Otherwise you’ll have to purchase POE switch, or POE injector to make this happen! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    I have the same cam Uniview IPC3635ER3-DUPZ, in the cam menu in security you may have to change the RTSP Authentication from "Digest" to Basic. Also under security Registration Info change it to Off in Hide Vendor Info. HTTP port is 80. Hope that helps.
