    Thank you. I did have that option checked for one camera. Not sure how or why but it was set.

    Yes on new recordings. I rebooted the server and still have the "Highlight..."

    I checked all profiles under each camera and all are set to "Do not highlight motion". When testing I only changed the "Active" to help with setting "Min. object size".

    At one time I turned on trigger->motion sensor->highlight->highlight motion to determine the minimum object size. I have since turned it off or selected "Do not highlight motion" yet I still get the blue boxes in the recorded images. Is this controlled somewhere else as well or am i looking at...

    Thank you the pointer. I found that I could leave the decoding on but had to disable the "Also BVR" setting. For anyone stumbling onto this I am running version 4.8.4.3 and using the more recent Nvidia CUDA accelerator. Thanx again.
